DURATION
This agreement is effective until terminated by either of the parties. The user may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from or handled by any and all Digital Preziosi web sites, and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. Digital Preziosi may terminate this agreement at any time without notice if in Digital Preziosi’s sole discretion the user fails to comply with one or more terms or provisions of this agreement. Upon notification of termination of this agreement, the user must destroy all relevant materials
