c. obtain from the Data Controller certification to the effect that all the entities to whom the information was communicated or disclosed have been informed of any updating or cancellation of the information, also with regard to its content, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of resources compared with the right that is to be protected.
